Private use is defined as use by a community member which does not generate a profit and is not open to the public.  Great for kids birthday parties and baby showers.

Not-for-profit use applies to groups that

don't make a profit from their activities and

provide a community benefit.

Education use includes education institutions and universities.

It involves Private or State Institutions registered

with the Department of Education.
